We've moved app only 💥

✉️ We've made a big decision to turn the desktop version off. Inactive Member our Co Founder & CTO sent all web users this email last week to explain why ⬇️ Thanks for all of your support 🧡

🗣️ We’ve got some important news to share with you. Lollipop is moving to app only.

On the 2nd of May, we’ll moving to exclusively support our app - you'll no longer be able to access the web version of Lollipop. I'd love to share why & how we’ve made this decision and why we're excited about this change.

Your shopping experience will improve more quickly.
We first built Lollipop as a website to get the fastest learnings for the concept, but we always knew we wanted to build an app that could match our big ambitions by focusing just on improving the app, we’ll be able to improve your experience much faster than before.

Your checkout will be more seamless
Managing the checkout process on our web version has always been technically challenging for us to support. Now we're only supporting app, the checkout experience is much more streamlined and effortless for everyone. This also allows us to make some tweaks to how we handle orders under the hood to make things even more seamless.

Our app experience is better than ever
There are plenty of app-only features we want to give to the widest possible audience:
⭐ Add reviews and ratings to recipes
🔗 Shared web links to recipes with your household and friends/family
🖨️ Print any shared recipe for easy reading in the kitchen!

We spent time listening to you
We spent several weeks listening to you, our community, about why you've been using the web product. It was great to hear that the majority of you would be happy to move over to the app and have been using it already. We've taken all your comments on board and are working out how to improve our app further.

Tablet improvements have been made
We know some of you like using a bigger screen to shop. We're improving our tablet experience right now and plan to bring back desktop support in the future. In the meantime, you can share any recipe from your app to your laptop & view it on the big screen for cooking.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support. If you have any questions about this change, do reach out via our chat in our app.

Let’s continue to build something life changing together!
