Here is my Sausage and pie mash. Inactive Member noticed that I had not added the Kale that is in the ingredients. I told her that the method didn't tell me too! At which point she said maybe it is meant to be a side then.
To be fair though I did use 1 and 1/2 loose leeks (not the little "three in a pack" ones) so around 250g of leek. Also, I added the sauted leek to the sausage and not the mash.
Well worth a go. This is the two person portion one! I would say enough for 4. ☺️
