Ok so I didn’t actually use chorizo for this, I substituted the chorizo with Heck chicken Italia and added some smoked paprika to the sauce to add flavour but otherwise it’s the same. This recipe made loads and loads so I have put some in the freezer for quick dinners or work lunches. It’s a good one for batch cooking or to feed a family.
